The TealBlue Growth Partnership
We oversee how your lead sources, website, advertising, CRM and follow-up work together. Understand acquisition costs, find bottlenecks and improve the journey each month, with an expert marketer who knows your business.
Inside the Growth Partnership
Expert oversight, specialist implementation and clear accountability. Without the full-time hire.
Understand your business, map the customer journey and set a 90-day improvement plan.
Manage one primary Google or Meta Ads channel, or coordinate with your existing provider under the agreed scope.
Bring agreed lead sources, CRM stages and sales handoffs into one usable view. Keep your existing CRM where practical.
Maintain agreed enquiry, appointment, estimate and customer follow-up workflows. Your team handles the sales conversations.
Review emerging tools, find bottlenecks and implement one agreed improvement or experiment each month.
Review cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates and recorded revenue using available data.
One business, one primary acquisition channel and an agreed pipeline. We manage the channel or coordinate with your provider as scoped. Setup, extra channels and major projects are separate; your team handles sales and records outcomes.
Review the full partnershipWe can coordinate their work, review performance and connect it to the sales process. We can also manage one agreed Google or Meta Ads channel when you need execution. Initial setup, major website work and complex integrations are scoped separately.
Your ongoing fee pays for the agreed marketing role and oversight. You do not have to replace effective providers or rebuild a working system.
Customer acquisition cost (CAC) compares agreed acquisition costs with new customers. We review cost per lead, conversion rates and recorded revenue as the data allows. Reliable customer outcomes and margins are needed to assess profit-based ROI; missing data is shown explicitly.
Built into the monthly partnership
A monthly review of AI and marketing technology, focused on useful improvements and your return.
Evaluate tools, remove friction and test useful capabilities across your marketing. Improve one piece without rebuilding the whole system.
Examples, not endorsements or promised integrations. New subscriptions require approval.
What happens first
You may already have useful campaigns, software and contractors. We assess the agreed setup and build on what works.
Understand customers, capacity and economics. Review the agreed website, campaigns, lead handling and measurement, then document a 90-day action plan.
Connect or configure the agreed forms, tracking, CRM stages and follow-up. Check the journey from enquiry to a recorded outcome before launch.
Your team handles sales and updates outcomes. We oversee the agreed marketing, coordinate changes and review results and technology with you.
Clarity before a larger commitment
Keep your assessment and 90-day plan, whoever implements it.
Full roadmap fee credit toward eligible TealBlue service fees when you proceed within 60 days of delivery. Your proposal specifies the invoices.
Applied once. Excludes ad spend and third-party costs. No cash value; implementation scope is quoted separately.
See what the roadmap includesCapped at 10 active management clients. Scope and availability are confirmed before we begin.
A 60-day paid pilot establishes the system, baseline, and working rhythm. It is a starting evaluation period, not a promise of financial results within 60 days.
Continue month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to end management. Your monthly management rate is protected for the first 12 months while the agreed scope stays the same.
Advertising spend and management fees are separated. Direct platform billing or agency-paid advertising with an approved prepaid budget is agreed in writing. Implementation, management, and any separate third-party costs are clearly itemized in your proposal.
Review one eligible list of unclosed enquiries, estimates or dormant opportunities. Run one approved follow-up campaign and track conversations, appointments and recorded sales for 30 days.
Your team confirms contact eligibility and handles the sales conversations.
We will not take on a direct competitor for your agreed primary service within a defined territory while you remain an active management client.
Availability, boundaries and existing-client exceptions are agreed in writing. Protection ends with management.
You own your domain, advertising accounts, GA4 and Google Tag Manager accounts, and your customer and lead data. You grant us the access needed to manage the agreed work. Your customer records, lead history, and recorded sales outcomes are available for export when you leave.
We can use your existing CRM where practical, or provide a dedicated pipeline inside the TealBlue agency platform. The aim is one usable view of agreed sources, stages, handoffs and outcomes. If our platform is used, access and hosted workflows are subscription services; TealBlue retains its reusable templates and agency software account.
Your own business accounts and CRM remain yours. We coordinate your data export and remove our management access. If you use the TealBlue agency platform, that platform access and its hosted workflows end with the applicable subscription. A platform-only subscription or migration can be scoped separately.
We agree on a launch checklist, target date, and the access and approvals needed from your team. If TealBlue misses that date for reasons within our control, we credit the management fee for the delayed period. The checklist, client dependencies, and credit calculation are documented in your proposal.
We start with one priority service, one market, and one primary acquisition channel, plus the agreed pipeline and follow-up work. Additional channels, locations, major website rebuilds, and ongoing content production are separately scoped. You know what is included before we begin.
