What you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, business name, email address, and optional message. Please submit business information only, not patient information, customer lists, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Technical and source information
We record the landing page, industry context, campaign source labels in the URL, and referring website origin when available. For abuse prevention, the application stores a date-based hash derived from the connection IP address; it does not store the raw IP address in its inquiry database. Hosting providers may process connection information independently for security and operations.
How the information is used
We use inquiry records to respond, evaluate whether the service fits, arrange a conversation, and manage the resulting business relationship. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing texts or a mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information.
Where information is processed
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, including Cloudflare-backed application storage. Authorized service providers process information as needed to host and operate the website. The private inquiry inbox is restricted to the approved owner account.
Analytics and advertising
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel are not currently activated on this website. Hosting services may supply operational or aggregate traffic information. This notice and any required choices will be updated before optional advertising or analytics integrations are activated.
Retention and requests
We retain inquiry records as needed to respond, manage a business relationship, and maintain appropriate business records. Email the contact above to request access, correction, or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Cookies and access
Hosting and authentication systems may use cookies needed for access and security. The public inquiry form does not require an account. Private owner pages require authentication.
